Our leafy green campus is nestled between moana (sea), maunga (mountains) and rangi (sky) offering you the chance to learn and experience many different worlds – adrenaline, art, biculturalism, biodiversity, innovation, southern lights, sustainability, and more — all while studying at a world-class institution.
With over 17,000 students representing 100 + nationalities on campus, and with 50% of our academic staff born overseas, you will be joining one of the most international universities in New Zealand.
We offer over 120 undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, across 150 subject areas and disciplines, some unique to New Zealand – from Astronomy to Te Reo Māori.
Experience kotahitanga (togetherness) manaakitanga (caring for each other) and whanaungatanga (relationships and kinship) in a university where people really matter.
