International students are able to commence their studies at any time during the academic year. However, our two main start dates are January and July. We have orientation activities for new students
During their first week at school all international students do ESOL tests to determine their level of English ability and also meet with the International Dean to discuss their preferred subjects and receive an individual timetable. International students enjoy the full range of academic, sporting and cultural activities available to all students at Long Bay College and are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities such as sports, music and the arts. For a small fee international students can receive Music tuition in a range of instruments and participate in many of the ‘after school’ sporting clubs and activities.
