Other Information: For over twenty-five years, Saskatoon Catholic Schools have provided an opportunity for students from around the world to share their culture. This sharing has become a foundation for global learning, harmony, and true international understanding among peoples of many nations.

All students are provided the opportunity to learn in a safe and caring environment of faith. High school students are offered a full range of classes in maths, sciences, humanities, and arts, along with honours programs in the academic disciplines. A French bilingual program is offered as well as Advanced Placement programs in English. The graduates are recognized at universities across Canada and around the world.

International students benefit from full integration into classes where English is the language of instruction. Students take part in small, independent ESL classes that focus on your specific language needs.

Saskatoon, the City of Bridges, is a beautiful prairie city on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River. It is a major center for post-secondary education, business, industry, and health care. Saskatoon also serves the farming and mining sectors in the surrounding area. It is a safe, clean, and affordable place to live and learn. Saskatoon has been selected as the best city in Canada in which to live. This green and well-treed urban landscape is home to 220,000 people.

Saskatoon receives the most sunshine of any city in Canada. The city is home to many museums such as the Western Development Museum, The Mendel Art Gallery, and the Museum of Ukrainian History. Numerous annual festivals include Folkfest, Winterfest, the Jazz Festival, and Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan. Saskatoon has a strong economy based on the farming, potash, oil, manufacturing, mining and the university.

The University of Saskatchewan, situated on the river, confers 58 degrees, diplomas, and certificates in over 100 areas and disciplines. University of Saskatchewan Innovation Place is one of the most successful university related research parks in North America.
